Rumors suggest that Justin Bieber is no longer dating Selena Gomez - so the "Believe" crooner is on the prawl once again!

While cruising around LA in his luxury Rolls-Royce, the 20-year-old pop megastar spotted aspiring model Jacqueline Younis posing for some snapshots on the street. The 24-year-old brunette bombshell was working for Festoun's latest clothing campaign.

And the Biebs definitely took notice. Oh, and he's so smooth. Bieber rolls down his window and makes the driver pull over to Younis. He calls the young beauty over, and of course she couldn't resist. Obviously, Gomez's ex was very impressed. 

The two chat for a little bit and Bieber claims that Younis resembles Princess Jasmine (yes, from Disney). Do MstarsNews readers agree?

Perhaps a romance might spark - but the paparazzi ultimately got in the way of Bieber's smooth talk. The "Boyfriend" crooner was about to hit-up Younis further, but backed-off when the cameras started rolling. Of course, TMZ recently posted the viral clip online:

Good publicity for Festoun... and Younis! Of course, she was flattered.
