Bravo's Real Housewives of New York star Bethenny Frankel may be coming back to the show that made her famous, but her ex-husband wants her daughter out of the spotlight. According to Radar Online, Jason Hoppy is going to court to request that the their daughter Bryn not appear on the RHONY.

One thing he's worried about is any potential discussions the Skinnygirl mogul might get into regarding him and their dissolved marriage.

"Jason isn't thrilled with [her return to the show] because he knows Bethenny is going to get in numerous jabs about the divorce," a source told the site.

Jason also feels their 4-year old isn't old enough to make the decision on her own if she wants to appear on the Bravo show.

"It's just not healthy for Bryn to be on TV at a time when her parents are getting divorced," the source said. "Bethenny signed up for the show, their daughter didn't."

But Bethenny is going to fight Jason in court, especially since she feels it isn't fair to shield Bryn from the cameras now after their daughter already appeared on Bethenny Ever After.

"Jason had no problem with Bryn being on Bethenny's Bravo spin-off show when they were happily married," according to Radar. "Bethenny wouldn't have Bryn be with her during every single shoot for Real Housewives of New York, but she is adamant that the judge allow her to be on the show."

As MStars News reported, Bethenny is coming back to the reality show after being offered $1 million to return. In a recent "Ask Andy" segment on Bravo's website, Andy Cohen revealed how he got Bethenny to return.

"The thing transpired in her kitchen ... I went over there to convince her to come back to the show and she had different ideas about things she wanted to do ... I kind of said, 'I don't think that those are good ideas.' I said, 'I have a good idea,'" he said. "And then I brought it up and she's like, 'OK, I'm listening,' and then I really told her all my reasons and I could tell that she was seriously going to think about it. We had a very long talk about it and we had a couple more long talks about it and then she said, 'I'm in.' We had a deal."
