Jill Duggar & Derick Dillard Talk Having More Babies & Adoption- Plus Find Out What The '19 Kids & Counting' Star Has Been Craving

Jill Duggar might only have entered her second trimester in her pregnancy but the reality star and her husband Derick Dillard are already thinking about further expanding their family. The 19 Kids & Counting star might be following in her parents' footsteps, as she explains that they want as many kids as possible.

The 23-year-old opened up to People magazine about all things pregnancy, including when they plan to add more kids to their family and even what she has been craving in this stage of her pregnancy.

"We're open to as many children as God will give us," the star explained to the mag. "We believe children are a blessing from the Lord and a gift for him."

Not only is the couple following in the path of Jill's parents, but Derick's as well, as he explains they are thinking about adoption because his mom was adopted.

"We've talked about adopting, too," Derick explained. "My mom was adopted.

As far as the cravings go, Jill is also keeping that all in the family, as she said she is craving the same things that her mother did during her pregnancies.

"I seem to be following my mom in that, like the dill pickle thing," she said. "In my first trimester it was everything cold... because I had nausea. And then I just wanted everything salty, sour, cold."

Jill and Derick are still deciding if they want to film their kid on the reality series. Jill explains to E! News, that they are definitely leading up to that before they actually have to decide.

"We're still talking about that," the pregnant star explained. "There will definitely be lots of lead up to that. Right now they are filming fun things like the gender reveal and those types of things. Also, we're doing diary cam at home."
