'Boardwalk Empire' Season 5 Spoilers: Will Steve Buscemi's Nucky Thompson Become "Eldorado?" [WATCH]

The critically acclaimed period/gangster drama, Boardwalk Empire, has one more episode left on HBO. As season 5 is about to officially end, will Nucky Thompson (Steve Buscemi) watch his entire empire crumble in the series finale, 'Eldorado?'

In our recent recap, Nucky Thompson (Buscemi) lost his entire Bacardi fortune to mob boss Lucky Luciano (Vincent Piazza). In order to save his nephew's life, Thompson traded away his wealth and bent down to his knees, in front of the ruthless crime lord. Beaten and depressed, Nucky has no more fight left in him to retaliate against Lucky.

In the shocking conclusion, Nucky discovers a letter from Gillian Darmody (Gretchen Mol), sent from the insane asylum. Dazed and confused from her medication, Gillian pleads with Nucky to find her and rescue her from the doctors. Will Nucky end up redeeming himself from all his sins and crimes if he saves Gillian?

In the footage, Lucky is gearing up for his final confrontation with Nucky. What does he have planned?

Lucky states, "Two shooters...in public."

With the series finale coming up, there are a few questions that need answering. Now that the FBI has the ledgers as evidence, what will happen with Al Capone (Stephen Graham)? Is Eli Thompson (Shea Whigham)'s life still in danger with Capone heading to prison?

And then, there is Dr. Valentin Narcisse (Jeffry Wright), who got away scot-free after killing Chalky White (Michael K. Williams). Will there be recourse for Chalky's untimely death?

Will Margaret (Kelly Macdonald) even care if something bad happens to her former husband, her ex-lover? Will she shed a tear or just move on?
