Tom Brady And Rob Gronkowski Top Jay Cutler And Brandon Marshall As New England Patriots Dominate Chicago Bears In Stunning NFL Game

To anybody doubting Tom Brady, Rob Gronkowski or even the New England Patriots, you may want to retract your negative comments. The Pats proved their worth in their 51-23 demolition of the struggling Chicago Bears. Jay Cutler and Brandon Marshall attempted to make amends for their recent poor form, but strangely were worse than ever before, raising questions over the coach and whether he has lost the locker room or not. What's next for both teams?

ESPN's Bears reporter, Michael C. Wright, had plenty to say, attacking the team, the coach and pretty much everything surrounding their franchise.

He explained "what's next," saying, "The Bears don't play next week. They will take time off while the coaching staff does a critical self-evaluation of the Bears in all phases, and there's a good chance plenty of changes will be made schematically when the team finally heads back to Halas Hall for practice. The Bears won't play again until Nov. 9 at Green Bay."

He also blamed coach Marc Trestman, saying, "It's time Bears coach Marc Trestman takes a larger share in the accountability, and from this vantage point his stock is falling dramatically. Sure, the turnovers committed by Jay Cutler... played a major role in the Bears losing four games going into Sunday weren't the coach's fault. But Trestman certainly is responsible for preparing his team, and the Bears weren't ready to play in this contest."

With Brady throwing five touchdown passes and leading the Pats to their huge victory, one can wonder if they've cost Trestman his job ...
