Miley Cyrus' new hair color and haircut took over the world for a few days and now it seems like another celebrity is following suit.  Amanda Bynes was spotted out and about sporting a new platinum blonde shoulder length hair, and the photo snapped of her could have been mistaken for Cyrus prior to her drastic cut.

It is not uncommon for celebrities to change their hairstyle and color to keep their image fresh.  Cyrus, Rihanna, Halle Berry have all cut their hair short and rocked the style.  Is Amanda Bynes next?

Celebrity hairdresser Chris McMillan cut Cyrus' latest style and is also responsible for the famous Jennifer Anniston cut from the Friends' sitcom.  Drastic hairstyles tend to be imitated, so we have a feeling more Cyrus cuts and hair colors will be popping around town.
