Mama June Insists That Her New Boyfriend, Convicted Child Molester Mark McDaniel, Is Doing Nothing Wrong ... He's A Free Man

Mama June is wanting everyone to know she and her new boo aren't doing anything wrong or breaking any laws being together. According to TMZ, Mama June is still seeing convicted child molester Mark McDaniel, and it is causing a lot of trouble in their neighborhood.

Law enforcement has revealed that the Dekalb County Sheriff's Department has been getting a lot of phone calls and complaints by people who became worried after seeing the Here Comes Honey Boo Boo drama in media reports.

We previously reported that McDaniel was released from prison back in March, after serving 10 years behind bars for forcing oral sex on one of Mama June's daughter, Anna.

Law enforcement sources revealed that McDaniel is not legally prohibited to be around the Honey Boo Boo clan — he just can't be around Anna, the alleged molested victim.

So far, McDaniel has followed the rules and stayed away from Anna.

Not only is this troubling, but it is weird as June continues to spend time around a man who allegedly molested her daughter. As of now cops have no reason to arrest McDaniel, or file an order unless he touches another child or Mama June's children.

As for Anna, she's making sure to stay away from McDaniel. Cops have shared that McDaniel is in "total compliance" as he stays on their radar list.

TMZ also noted that children's services was looking into the case, but were told that McDaniel hasn't been a threat to children so far, so they can't take any action as of right now.
