Ryan Lochte Girlfriend Status: Swimmer Wants to Give His Heart Away

Ryan Lochte revealed his romantic side when he explained to E! News about his girlfriend status.  Just a week ago, the Olympics gold medalist was caught in a silly rumor with a mystery redhead girl pictured sitting on his lap in a vehicle, who later turned out to be his own sister Megan Lochte.  Fans were relieved to find out that he the rumor was not true, and that their idol is still single.

Lochte explained to E! News that he is waiting patiently to "find the right girl".  He is not in a hurry to enter a relationship but he "definitely wants a relationship" because he "wants to give a certain someone my heart".

Isn't that sweet to hear?  Any single lady now would be crying out to him to receive his heart.

Lochte's mother thinks differently and spoke out on why she thinks he is still single.

"He's too busy! He's so warmhearted that I don't think he'd want to have a relationship with somebody. I don't think he wants to get into a relationship."

She is partly right because now that the Olympics are over, he is dipping his feet into Hollywood.

Looks like we may be seeing him more often onscreen in the near future.  Not bad at all.
