Fans of Orange is the New Black have been dying for some scoop on the new season, pretty much since they finished binge-watching season two. Well we have some news on everyone's favorite villain from the series on whether or not she will be making another appearance at Litchfield prison. Lorraine Toussaint, who plays Vee on the prison drama, spoke out about whether or not she thinks her character will be returning for season three.

When it comes to Vee, there have been all kinds of rumors on whether or not she'll be coming back to the Internet series, but Lorraine spoke to E! News during the Emmy's earlier this year and went back and forth about what she though the fate of her character would be.

"I believe she's dead. She's dead," Toussaint explained. "And she's such a survivor, it wouldn't surprise me- I wouldn't be surprised if she wasn't dead because I don't have much control over her... she's pretty dead... but it is Vee."

However, new reports from TMZ are claiming that the star will be making her way back to the series, as she is scheduled to start shooting scenes today in New York. At this time it is still unclear if Vee will be appearing in flashbacks or is she will have lived through her car accident. As fans of the show know, Vee was run down by a prison van as she escaped from the penitentiary, during the season two finale.

Should these rumors of Vee's return be true, Toussaint will be pulling double duty as she is currently working on ABC's new series Forever.
