'RHOC' Vicki Gunvalson, Brooks Ayers Relationship Hell: 'Lies' And 'Cheating' Involved In Multiple Breakups Of The Bravo Couple!

Bravo's Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson has had her share of drama in her turbulent relationship with Brooks Ayers — from lies to cheating to breakups — but now even more allegations have been brought to light about the reality couple.

In court documents obtained by Radar Online, Angela Torres, mistress of Vicki's former business partner Robert Williamson III, called the OC housewife's relationship with Brooks "unquestionably tumultuous," with "Allegations of lies, cheating, and more have been frequent between Vicki and Ayers and the two have broken up, made up, and broken up time and time again."

The mistress, along with Robert Williamson, is being sued by Brooks for slander and defamation. Robert and Vicki were partners in Vicki's Vodka, which didn't last after he sued Vicki for not promoting the venture.

Brooks sued Angela because, according to him, she sent texts to Vicki saying her boyfriend was stealing money from the vodka company.

"In these messages, Torres also told me that David Brooks Ayers had stolen money from her," according to the court papers. "Torres told me that Ayers extorted money from her and her children."

"At the time I heard these statements from Torres, I was very confused, but because Torres claimed to have 'proof,' I believed they were true," she continued. "[This] caused tremendous strain and damage to my relationship with Mr. Ayers."

For her part, Angela said there couldn't have been any defamation because Vicki and Brooks's relationship was already so toxic that her texts didn't make the situation more harmful in the first place.

"Vicki was the only audience that Ayers alleges received Torres's text messages," according to Radar. "Therefore, unless Vicki's opinions of Ayers were lowered as a result of Torres's text message statements, the statements are not defamatory as a matter of law and cannot support Ayers's defamation claim."

Viewers of RHOC, have seen the ups and downs of their relationship played out in front of the cameras. This past season Vicki blamed co-star Tamra Barney Judge for ruining Brooks's relationship with her daughter Briana because of her badmouthing of him.
