The trailer for The Avengers: Age of Ultron was supposed to debut after Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. last night, but it leaked last week. So as a bonus, fans saw some extra footage after the show tonight that included a mostly lighthearted scene with the team socializing.

Thor lets the other Avengers try to lift his hammer, Mjolnir, which can only be lifted by someone worthy. Tony Stark tries but can't get it to budge an inch, even when War Machine comes in to help. But Captain America then tries, and he actually gets it to move slightly, much to Thor's surprise.

Ultron eventually makes his entrance, and the tone turns serious. From there, we move right into the trailer released last week. Check it out below:

In case you missed it, Marvel had a big day yesterday with the reveal of its full Phase Three movie slate through 2019. Here's what the company announced for its Cinematic Universe:

Captain America: Civil War - May 6, 2016

Doctor Strange - Nov. 4, 2016

Guardians of the Galaxy 2 - May 5, 2017

Thor: Ragnarok - July 28, 2017

Black Panther - Nov. 3, 2017

The Avengers: Infinity War Part I - May 4, 2018

Captain Marvel - July 6, 2018

Inhumans - Nov. 2, 2018

The Avengers: Infinity War Part II - May 3, 2019

Marvel also announced Chadwick Boseman would play Black Panther.

As the schedule shows, the studio has decided to split the third Avengers movie into two parts, a lucrative strategy for other franchises such as Harry Potter, Twlight and (most likely) The Hunger Games.
