Marvel had a massive day yesterday with the reveal of its entire Phase Three movie slate for the Marvel Cinematic Universe through 2019. Of course, speculation and rumors still abound, and one of the more persistent ones involves Your Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man.

Marvel Studios President of Production Kevin Feige was asked about the rumors (or fantasy) of the wall crawler joining The Avengers at some point, and Feige left the door cracked open just slightly while more or less stating outright that it's not in the cards. "Anything that wasn't specifically and obviously revealed today is either not true at all, or still rumor until it's worked out," he said, according to Comic Book Movie.

Could it still happen? Sure, but the odds are almost zero. Marvel has so much going on in its Cinematic Universe right now that Spidey honestly wouldn't fit anywhere in the plans they have announced.

And speaking of those plans, here is the full slate of movies, in case you missed it.

In case you missed it, Marvel had a big day yesterday with the reveal of its full Phase Three movie slate through 2019. Here's what the company announced for its Cinematic Universe:

Captain America: Civil War - May 6, 2016

Doctor Strange - Nov. 4, 2016

Guardians of the Galaxy 2 - May 5, 2017

Thor: Ragnarok - July 28, 2017

Black Panther - Nov. 3, 2017

The Avengers: Infinity War Part I - May 4, 2018

Captain Marvel - July 6, 2018

Inhumans - Nov. 2, 2018

The Avengers: Infinity War Part II - May 3, 2019

Marvel also announced Chadwick Boseman would play Black Panther.

As the schedule shows, the studio has decided to split the third Avengers movie into two parts, a lucrative strategy for other franchises such as Harry PotterTwlight and (most likely) The Hunger Games.
