Bethenny Frankel Living Up To Be A Skinnygirl?' [PHOTOS] Reality Star Appears Very Thin While Promoting New Book

Once again Bethenny Frankel is back in entertainment headline news; not for promoting her new book, Skinnygirl Cocktails, but for her skinny physique.

According to Entertainment Tonight, Frankel has been looking quite thin in new photos she has uploaded to social media to promote her new book.

In the photo below, it does appear that Frankel has lost a lot of weight after she was already a small frame.

"She looks skeletal. Not good advertising for her products at all," user ElizabethandShane Rank said, according to Radar Online, as Jessica Elizabeth-Rose Carroll said, "Ms. Frankel needs some serious help. She looks very ill in this photo, especially compared to their photos she's posted."

"Seriously too thin," another Facebook user commented.

"So I love love love Bethenny but I say this in the nicest way ... she looks thin in an unhealthy way," another user said."I know she is tiny but compared to like her main pic this pic is a bit concerning."

User johnathantravis said, "You should probably eat! You look sick #WayToSkinnyGirl," another person, named, emmhinman wrote, "Literally skin and bones..."

This isn't the first time that the returning Real Housewives of New York City, star faced criticism about her weight.

Over the summer, Frankel stirred up controversy when she posted a picture of herself on Instagram wearing her four-year-old daughter Bryn's Hello Kitty sleepwear.

"This is my daughter's nightgown and PJ shorts. Think we're ready to start sharing clothes yet?" she happily wrote.

She later tried to take up for herself from the negative comments, and bullying that she recieved, explaining that it was her daughter who asked her to wear her sleepwear.

"When ur 4 year old peanut says 'mommy please put my dress on' & giggles uncontrollably, u do what ur told," Bethenny tweeted.
