MStars News previously reported that Love & Hip Hop: New York star Rich Dollaz was arrested outside of a New Jersey Five Guys burger shop.

The story was that Erica Mena's ex double parked his car in front of a police station, as he went to grab a quick bite to eat.

When police noticed the parked car, they decided to run his license plate and found that he owed $11k in child support, and immediately arrested the reality star.

Now that Dollaz has been released, TMZ reports that his rep claims the arrest was a complete mix-up.

They say that Dollaz has been trying to get his child support case taken care of, as Hudson County jail set him free after paying his debt in full.

The website reveals that Dollaz even got to enjoy his burgers that cops had taken away from him, and he claims that he is headed back to Five Guys for more.

In an interview with theJasmineBrand, Dollaz says that he missed child support payments, due to his residence. He lives in Atlanta and wanted the case moved from New Jersey, where he previously lived.

"I'm not going to pay child support on two different cases." Dollaz claims. "If the lawyers where I live tell me that they're moving the child support from New Jersey, where I used to live. To Atlanta where I now live, I'm thinking it's done. I'm not aware that there's an open case in New Jersey and an open one in Atlanta."

Dollaz says that VH1 cameras were not on the scene during the arrest, but he says that the show will probably cover his arrest story. When it comes to his finances, Dollaz says,

"I always had money, my parents had money, it's not something new...I don't run around bragging about money, that's not what I do."

Though his arrest may come as an embarrassment, Dollaz takes full responsibility.

"It was a mix up. It was my responsibility to make sure everything was right, I didn't make sure everything was right but now I'm suffering the consequences."
