After a second blowout loss, the Los Angeles Lakers started off the season on a really bad note. Reeling from the Lakers' 119-99 to the Phoenix Suns, Kobe Bryant laid out all his frustrations on his point guard and called out teammate Jeremy Lin, telling him "to run the offense."

According to Lakers Nation, the shooting guard landed 31 points during the game, the rest of the team struggled to match those double figures. Power forward Carlos Boozer had more turnovers, at least eight, than shot attempts, six in total. Lin reached six points on 2-of-5 shooting in the first 21 minutes.

After the game, the No. 24 player spoke with Lakers Nation reporter Serena Winters about how his team should get used to talking with him. Winters posted his responses on her official Twitter account.

In her series of tweets, the reporter mentions, "Kobe said he talked to Lin on the bench & said "you got to run the offense. I'm telling you to run the offense & you got to do it."

The 16-time All-Star champ does want a great relationship with the former Knicks player, much like how his is with Derek Fish; especially how they bicker & challenge each other.

Winters asked during her tweets, "What's at the top of Jeremy Lin's list to fix. He says: 'Everything.'"

Knowing that his starting point, Lin tells Sports Illustrated he is more cautious about his role, "Being named starter is more like a game-to-game thing than a permanent thing. I know how fast things can change....If coming off the bench is what the team needs, I've shown I'll make sacrifices."

SBNation notes that when Lin, No. 17, was completely wide open, Bryant launched a desperate three-pointer. Should Bryant have told his teammate to step up if he was making mistakes?

Kobe Bryant placed the Lakers loss to Phoenix on Jeremy Lin? Readers, should Lin have "run the offense?"
