Alicia Keys' Husband Swizz Beatz Holds Tight To Her Baby Bump At Keep A Child Alive Black Ball Event [PHOTOS]

Singer Alicia Keys was shown some baby bump affection by husband Swizz Beatz on the Keep A Child Alive's 2014 Black Ball red carpet and event on Thursday night, Oct. 30. in NYC.

The "We Are Here" singer, 33, will be due at the end of December. This will be her second child with Beatz. "They tell me Dec. 31." Keys told The View of her due date back on Sept. 29.

The singer and record producer gave birth to their first child, son Egypt, 4, back in 2010. The same year the couple became engaged. The Keep a Child Alive's Black Ball was hosted by Keys and was supported by other stars like Aretha Franklin and Selita Ebanks.  The organization's goal is to provide support and relief to the children and families affected by HIV/AIDS. Keys is the co-founder and Global Ambassador of the non-profit organization. "I'm very emotional," said guest Tisci who it the artistic director of Givenchy. "I've been supporting Alicia for a long time on raising money to eradicate this ugly disease HIV." The second time mom-to-be did not have her event without star power and entertainers galore! Musical performances took place later that night by Sean "Diddy" Combs, Nas, David Byrne and Angel Haze. The program started with Beatz joined by Kanye West and Diddy who were there solely for the cause. "We're here to roll up our sleves for the children and families living with HIV in India and Africa," Vogue reports of Combs. The night was complete with a surprise appearance from non other then Madonna. Pregnant and all, Keys rocked the event and red carpet!
