The CW's Arrow doesn't appear to be slowing down anytime soon in Season 3 based on the recently released official description for Episode 7, entitled "Draw Back Your Bow."

The installment features the debut of Cupid, a killer obsessed with the Arrow and convinced he is her true love. Plus, we have a new potential love interest for Thea. Check out the full description:

AUSTIN BUTLER ("THE CARRIE DIARIES") JOINS THE CAST AS CHASE; OLIVER DEALS WITH CARRIE CUTTER - Oliver (Stephen Amell) must stop an Arrow-obsessed serial killer, Carrie Cutter (guest star Amy Gumenick), who is convinced that The Arrow is her one true love and will stop at nothing to get his attention. Unfortunately, her way of getting his attention is to kill people. Meanwhile, Ray (Brandon Routh) asks Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) to be his date for a work dinner with important clients. Thea (Willa Holland) auditions new DJs for Verdant and meets Chase (Austin Butler), a brash DJ with whom she immediately clashes. Rob Hardy directed the episode written by Wendy Mericle & Beth Schwartz (#307).

The character will stay true to the comics, according to EW.com. The site describes her as "a lethal villainess with a dangerously obsessive crush on The Arrow." Executive producer Andrew Kreisberg actually created the character during his work on the Green Arrow/Black Canary comic book series.

"I always loved the idea of Green Arrow having a crazed fan," Kreisberg told EW. "When I was writing the comic book, my big goal was to create a villain who would last. Cupid has since appeared in the DC Nation shorts on Cartoon Network, and to have her fight our TV Arrow is so much more than I ever could have hoped for the character."
