With the Batman prequel, Gotham, currently underway on Fox, a major setting integral to the DC Comics Universe is making its way to the television screen. A major revelation between Jim Gordon (Ben McKenzie) and Harvey Bullock (Donal Logue) threatens to tear their partnership apart, will they both end up in "Arkham Asylum?"

In our previous recap, Gordon (McKenzie) was ordered by Carmine Falcone to assassinate Oswald Copplepot (Lord Taylor). Although Bulllock (Logue) was watching, Gordon managed to fake Oswald's death. As the season progressed, Bullock was under the assumption Oswald was dead and Gordon was willing the play along with Carmine and Fish Mooney (Jada Pinkett-Smith).

From our latest recap, Gordon saved Bullock when his life was threatened by the Goat copycat killer. Just as they were finally getting along, Oswald showed up alive and well at the precinct. Bullock now knows Bullock was lying to him the entire time.

A behind-the scenes video has been released, teasing about the introduction of Arkham Asylum. Creator/showrunner Bruno Heller reveals the "twists and turns" that are coming up. In the Batman comics, the insane freaks of Gotham City, which includes The Joker and Scarecrow, are incarcerated in Arkham Asylum.

Heller will explain, "Why is it so easy to escape from? Why is it that Gotham is a breeding ground for these crazed, over-the-top, larger-than-life villains?"

Check out the featurette here:

According to IGN, something bad is going to happen to Gordon that he is going to be reassigned to duty at Arkham Asylum. The episode of Harvey Dent will premiere on November 17. Out of anger, did Bullock do something to cause Gordon's misstep? We will have to wait and see.

Gotham continues on Fox, Mondays at 8pm. Readers, are you excited to see Akrham Asylum?
