Delivering the performance of his career, Chris Evans joins Oscar winner Tilda Swinton in Bong Joon-ho's comic book masterpiece. The critically acclaimed Snowpiercer will be discovered by a whole new generation of fans when its hits Netflix.

As we mentioned on Entertainment Weekly, Snowpiercer belongs to a long list of movies, TV series, and comedy specials making their way to Netflix in November. The sci-fi flick focuses on a group of low-class passengers who want to rebel and take over the high-powered train. But even if they steal the train from the oppressive rich class, will they survive the Ice Age outside?

Here are five reasons why we are excited to see Snowpiercer on Netflix?

1) The Action Sequences

From the director of the 2006 horror movie, The Host, Joon-ho visualizes these violent and gritty action sequences as if they were ballet. Using slow-motion and long takes, we see the action flow smoothly in these stylishly choreographed pieces.

2) The Train Itself

Ondrej Nekvasil, who worked on the production design, explains the looks of the train set to The Creator's Project, "The first step was deciding to go with the idea that this train is built from different cars and these cars were built in different periods of Wilford's life. He invented the train; each car had a different feeling and design."

3) Captain America

We have seen Evans in Fantastic Four, The Losers, and Captain America, but this is a comic book movie unlike anything you have ever seen. To prepare for the role of Curtis, the reluctant hero, the Avengers actor slept in the actual train sets. The Age of Ultron star tells Hitflix, "You get a sense of imagining what it would be like. I mean it's impossible to imagine spending 17 years there but you get comfortable with the environment and understanding what that sensation would be."

4) Best Comic Book Movie Ever

Based on the French graphic novel, Le Transperceneige, by Jacques Lob, Benjamin Legrand and Jean-Marc Rochette, screenwriter Kelly Masterson tells Comic Book Resources how he adapted the comic to screen, "There's a great story in the graphic novel of revolution. People trapped in a train. They cannot leave the train; they have to survive within this closed world, and yet they are oppressed, so they must overthrow their oppressors. It's such a terrific, heart-pounding linear story that you read in the graphic novel of coming from the back of the train to take over the engine."

5) That Ending!

With an interesting story and a cast to die for, the movie closes with a thought-provoking ending. Watch this with someone else, and you will definitely be talking about the closing moments.

Snowpiercer arrives on Netflix on November 22. Readers, are you excited to see comic book movie?
