After showing up on CW's Arrow, Warner Bros. aims to make a DC Comics movie based on super-villain team, Task Force X. With talks and negotiations currently in place, will moviegoers see actor Jared Leto and supermodel Cara Delevingne as psychotic lovers,The Joker and Harley Quinn, in the Suicide Squad movie?

As we mentioned before, when the government has a mission too hot for the superheroes to handle, they send in the bad guys to take care of business. In a plot reminiscent of The Dirty Dozen, If the Suicide Squad team - which includes the captured band of super-villains Harley Quinn, Deadshot, Captain Boomerang, and more - survives their deadly mission, their prison sentence will be reduced. In the mythology, the team is run by government agent, Amanda Waller, who has earned the nickname "The Wall" by her associates.

Previously reported, the English model posted up an Instagram picture of herself drawn as The Joker's former love interest. Much like the costume seen in The Batman: Animated Series, the socialite is seen biting down on a lollipop shaped like the clown prince of crime's face. Allegedly, Warner Bros is seriously looking into the 22 year old socialite for the villainous female, but the character hasn't appeared in earlier drafts.

According to The Wrap, the Oscar winner is being circled around her a key role in David Ayer's Suicide Squad. Warners have made no comment, while a representative for Leto has not responded to a request for comment. Jesse Eisenberg is expected to reprise his Lex Luthor role in the movie too, but no confirmation has been made.

As we previously mentioned, Leto was also one of the names thrown into the batch for Marvel's Doctor Strange. Somebody put this actor in a comic book movie already.

David Ayer is on board to direct the Suicide Squad feature film. Readers, would you like to see Cara Delevingne and Jared Leto as the Batman baddies?
