Celebrity chef and author, Rachael Ray, is celebrating the 1500 episode of her syndicated daily talk and lifestyle program Rachael Ray. With that, she is also giving viewers an inside scoop into the best tips and tricks for your Thanksgiving Day meal.

"This year is our biggest year ever," Ray tells Fox 4 News. "Thanksgiving A to Z, literally every single thing you can think of or ask about Thanksgiving or recipes you need...we got you covered there."

With Thanksgiving right around the corner, holiday shoppers and family members in charge of the bird this year are looking for that perfect recipe and Ray seems to have her fans covered.

"If I had to give you a top tip, get stock in a box and plenty of it," she warns. "If your gravy goes south or you burn the drippings you can add a little roux and black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and thicken it up...and you can make gallons of gravy."

The "Comfort Foods" cook, who is famous for cooking meals within a 30-minute time frame, has taught fans how to create simple recipes which can be completed in a short amount of time.

"If the turkey is undercooked or overcooked, so if the turkey is still a little pink or the turkey is super dry, carve it entirely before you platter it and put it in a large skillet with about an inch of stock in the skillet at a gentle simmer, let the meat set in there for a minute. If it's undercooked it will cook it through instantly and if it's overcooked it will make it moist again."

In the days leading up to Thanksgiving, Ray will host celebrity chef and new dad, Curtis Stone and Food Network star Emeril Lagasse.
