'Grey's Anatomy' Season 11 Spoilers- Derek Shepherd & Sister Amelia Clash- Will Partick Dempsey & Caterina Scorsone Come To Blows?

There is about to be a major sibling rivalry on Grey's Anatomy. Tonight's all-new episode, titled "Can We Start Again, Please?" will see Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey) and his sister Amelia Shepherd(Caterina Scorscone) facing off in the hospital. It seems that some of Amelia's deep dark secrets will make their way to the surface she isn't going to be too happy about it.

According to E! News, some of the secrets that viewers of Private Practice learned when Scorscone was on the spinoff series will start to be revealed to her coworkers at Seattle Grace.

The news site is revealing that someone from Amelia's past will pop up on tonight's episode and will not only jeopardize her job, but also her position as a doctor. This incident will cause her to look to Derek for support, but he will unfortunately not be there for her.

"Her relationship with Derek is going to be shaken up in this episode," Scorscone explains. "She would have expected Derek to come to her support and help her and be her knight in shining armor in this critical moment, but he doesn't quite deliver. It's really shocking and jarring for Amelia to see that the person she always thought of as her greatest supporter ultimately isn't there for her."

Entertainment Weekly is also reporting on the mystery woman that is about to cause some drama in Amelia's life, revealing that she will be a fellow member of Narcotics Anonymous. Amelia is treating the woman's mother, but when she realizes she knows the doctor from NA, she will make a very public scene in the hospital.

"Amelia has left a great deal of her life behind in L.A.," Caterina explains. "She's established herself at the hospital as the head of neurosurgery. She's got this really sweet life that she's set up. In this episode, her anonymity is severely compromised. A lot of stuff that she thought she had left behind is thrown into her present."

Viewers will have to tune in to tonight's episode to see how it all plays out.
