As the Keeping with the Kardashians reality star continues to make headlines with her provocative Paper Magazine cover, reactions continue to "break the internet" about rapper Kanye West's wife. In an except from Bossypants, Tina Fey makes an important point about Kim Kardashian's body, which holds relevance especially today.

We mentioned the socialite had posed nude while flaunting her bare backside on the cover of Paper magazine's winter 2014 issue. As the headlines read, "Break the Internet: Kim Kardashian," we saw the 34-year-old wife scantily clad in a skintight black dress while balancing a wine glass on her derrière.

Sharing the sultry image on her official Instagram account, the reality TV starlet writes, "Paper Magazine new cover alert! - such a honor to work with the legendary Jean-Paul Goude!!!! Shot this in Paris. Can't wait for you to see the the whole issue."

As we previously reported, the latest trending image on social media has Kim's bare backside and a huge smile out on display for all to see. There has been mixed reactions to the provocative cover. Though there are some fans who actually love it, there are those who continue to slam North West's mother.

In 2011, the 30 Rock actress/creator released an autobiographical comedy book that followed her rise to stardom from her youthful days to run on Saturday Night Live. Time points out how the comedian gave her thoughts on women's body image., using American Idol judge Jennifer Lopez and First Lady Michelle Obama for example.

The Muppets Most Wanted actress writes, "Now every girl is expected to have Caucasian blue eyes, full Spanish lips, a classic button nose, hairless Asian skin with a California tan, a Jamaican dance hall ass, long Swedish legs, small Japanese feet, the abs of a lesbian gym owner, the hips of a nine-year-old boy, the arms of Michelle Obama, and doll t*ts."

Fey adds, "The person closest to actually achieving this look is Kim Kardashian, who, as we know, was made by Russian scientists to sabotage our athletes."

In 2011, Tina Fey spoke about body image in Bossypants, which feels revenant now to Kim Kardashian's Paper Magazine cover. Readers, what do you think of Fey's statement?
