Katerina Netolicka Dead: Bizarre Fashion Model Death Shocks Twitter, Body Found In Bathtub After Birthday, Pet Dogs Also Killed, Suicide Rumors Swirl [PHOTOS]

Reports confirm that renowned fashion model Katerina Netolicka was found dead in her Czech Republic apartment earlier this week. The brunette beauty was only 26-years-old, and the cause of her passing still remains unknown. Oddly enough, Netolicka's two pet dogs were also found unresponsive within the home.

The Central European News first broke the tragic report on Friday (November 14). Apparently, Netolicka's brother was worried after she suddenly stopped responding to his phone calls. He ultimately broke down the door to her apartment, and found his sister's lifeless body slumped over in the bathtub. Soon after, the two dead canines were also found.

Netolicka was in a five-year relationship with 29-year-old Kontinental Hockey League player, Jakub Petruzalek. Although the couple lived together, Petruzalek was in Russia playing a game when Netolicka was discovered dead.

According to an unidentified model who worked with Netolicka in NYC several years ago, the high-fashion beauty suffered from bouts of depression and sometimes acted very bi-polar:

"One minute she was very happy, almost ecstatic... Then sometimes she was depressed and used to self-harm," (via New York Post).

But another friend Adrian Smrcka adds that recently, Netolicka appeared happy and healthy:

"I know she had stopped self-harming and was very happy with her boyfriend... Maybe she got a spasm after kickbox training, or maybe it was a stroke... I really don't know what could have happened."

Police spokesperson Lumila Svetlakova told the Post, "The cause of death is at this moment unknown and we have requested an autopsy."

Netolickas posed for several big-name brands including Prada, L'Oreal and Elle. She was also a passionate kickboxer, having recently won the Czech Championships.
