The latest round of WWE rumors focuses on Roman Reigns, Rusev and the upcoming WrestleMania 31, so let's dive right into the reports. Bear in mind that, as always, these are simply reports and rumors and should be taken with a grain of salt.

Roman Reigns, who is currently still recovering from the emergency hernia surgery he had back in September, is reportedly scheduled to work house shows against Rusev in late December. This has added to speculation that the former Shield member could work a program with the Bulgarian Brute when he returns from injury.

There are also two rumors floating around about WrestleMania 31, which will take place at the San Francisco 49ers new stadium in April. Firstly, WWE reportedly wants to get Rey Mysterio back on television as quickly as possible and also wants him to work a full-time schedule up to and including WrestleMania 31 before his contract expires in April. Other rumors say Mysterio wants to finish out his contract, end his wrestling career and move onto other endeavors such as acting.

Secondly, NXT had a major presence at the WrestleMania 31 party WWE held Friday night. The apparent reason for this is the company wants to feature the product heavily during WrestleMania 31 weekend.

Finally, Reddit user MetsFan4Ever, who often provides information on the inner workings of the company, said recently that WWE could release some more talent and that The Great Khali was just the beginning. He claims to know a few names but would not reveal their identities. WWE reportedly had no intention of re-signing him and his release was coming for a while. His age and health, combined with WWE's having no plans for him, all contributed to his release.
