One member of the Kennedy clan isn't too happy with the new lovebirds Taylor Swift and Conor Kennedy, after they supposedly stole the limelight at a wedding over the weekend that they hadn't even RSVP'd to.
Mother-of-the-bride Victoria Gifford Kennedy reported to the Boston Herald, ""They texted me an hour before the wedding and asked if they could come. I responded with a very clear, 'Please do not come.' They came anyway. ... I personally went up to Ms. Swift, whose entrance distracted the entire event, politely introduced myself to her, and asked her as nicely as I could to leave. It was like talking to a ghost. She seemed to look right past me."
That's right, according to Victoria Kennedy, the "We are Never Ever Getting Back Together" star officially wedding crashed.
According to Swift's publicist, Kennedy's allegations towards the pop country crooner are totally untrue:
"There is no truth to that," she said. "Taylor was invited to the wedding and the bride thanked her profusely for being there."
Hm, surely Swift's presence anywhere in public would cause a ruckus given her high-profile status in the media nowadays, but hopefully it's true that the "Speak Now" artist didn't cause too many problems for the Kennedy bride on her special day.
