Rumors surrounding the future of Jenna Coleman's Doctor Who character, Clara Oswald, have been pretty discouraging for fans, but a new interview with Steven Moffat might make you even more worried for the "Impossible Girl." This week the head writer confirmed that Peter Capaldi would in fact return for season 9 and 2015, but nothing has been confirmed for Coleman. What does this mean for the upcoming Christmas Special? (SPOILERS to follow)

While speaking with The Hollywood Reporter, Moffat said that Capaldi was returning for season 9. He did however say that nothing could be confirmed for Coleman. Do you think that her journey will come to an end in 2014? Let us know in the comments section below!
