The November 17, 2014 edition of WWE's Monday Night Raw emanates live from the Berglund Center in Roanoke, Virginia and begins with The Authority and all of Team Authority.

Triple H goes over the stipulation for Survivor Series and calls the people sheep who need someone to lead them. He talks about how ironic it is that people cheer Vince McMahon now when they booed him all those years ago. He says the fans would rather have the inmates run the asylum, but the last time that happened was WCW and the WWE "picked them up at the auction." He puts over his team and says The Authority will lead the WWE into the future.

Stephanie McMahon talks about dealing with Team Cena tonight, and Hunter says the night will end with a contract signing. Stephanie introduces the five members of Team Authority: Seth Rollins, Mark Henry, Kane, Rusev and Luke Harper, who says he's a team player. Stephanie says John Cena is down one competitor, which brings her to Ryback.

On cue, Da Big Guy comes out and says The Authority wants what's best for business and Cena wants what's best for the WWE Universe, but he only wants what's best for Ryback. Stephanie said The Authority made some bad decisions last week and forces Kane to apologize. She tries to dissuade him from joining Team Cena by saying Cena does not respect him and shows footage of how Cena insulted him last year during their WWE Championship feud. She says Cena is jealous of him and downright loathes him. Ryback says he only plays for Team Ryback and walks backstage.

Triple H says it's wise for him to stay out of the fight. He says Luke Harper will face Dolph Ziggler right now, and it becomes an Intercontinental Championship match. Joey Mercury and Jamie Noble assault Ziggler before the match begins and Rollins, who was on commentary, smashes him with the Money in the Bank briefcase. The referee tries to call it off but Ziggler demands he ring the bell. He fights as hard as he can, but Harper wins the match and the title. Rollins Curb Stomps Ziggler for good measure.

The Miz and Damien Mizdow cut a promo backstage with Grumpy Cat, and Mizdow pulls out Grumpy Stunt Cat.

Tyson Kidd (w/Natalya) defeats Adam Rose with the Sharpshooter. The Bunny tries to console him and then leaves.

Bray Wyatt comes out and talks about love and how it can be ripped away from you. He says Dean Ambrose has no choice but to be miserable every day and always be alone. Wyatt says he is being generous and he comes in peace now. He talks about Ambrose's parents abandoning him, but Wyatt offers salvation to him.

Ambrose comes on the TitanTron and tells him to stop talking. He says Wyatt's voice is like nails on a chalkboard to him. He says maybe he can learn something from Wyatt, and he has in fact already learned a spooky magic trick called "video recording." The lights in the arena come on and Ambrose assaults Wyatt from behind. Wyatt heads up the ramp and Ambrose yells that he does not need any saving, but Bray should worry about saving himself at Survivor Series.

Ryback defeats Cesaro with Shell Shocked after a lengthy match.

Renee Young walks up to Cena, who was watching the match backstage. Cena says The Authority knows it's all on the line at Survivor Series. He says he knows the Authority is trying to take out his team before Sunday, so all he can do is hope everyone makes it to the contract signing. As for Ryback, he says it's clear he's on Team Ryback.

Rusev comes out with Lana, who talks about Kim Kardashian's photo and says no American woman can compare to her. She says she has a topless photo of her own and shows a picture of Vladimir Putin on a horse. Heath Slater comes out in a full Uncle Sam getup for a match and tells her to shut up. Rusev beats him with the Accolade in no time flat.

Miz and Mizdow do another segment with Grumpy Cat. Erick Rowan comes in and steals the stunt cat from Mizdow.

Big Show comes out, followed by Stephanie McMahon. She says Big Show was billed as Andre the Giant's son in his debut, and she realized that he has always been in someone's shadow. She talks about how Show has flip-flopped for all these years because he has been conflicted. She tells him The Authority will make him the first active member of the Hall of Fame if he leaves Team Cena. Show says his answer is no.

Sheamus comes out and says he is proud to be a part of Team Cena. Stephanie says she's glad he came out here because there was a mix up on the way back from Europe, and Sheamus might have an issue making to Survivor Series thanks to a legal problem. She books the two in a match against each other, and the winner gets a shot at the WWE World Heavyweight Championship.

Rusev and Henry come down to the ring and Rusev superkicks Sheamus. The two men beat down Show and Sheamus, and Henry delivers the World's Strongest Slam to the Celtic Warrior through the announce table. Rusev locks Show in the Accolade.

Nikki Bella beats down her sister, Brie Bella, in an exhibition match. Brie is dressed like AJ Lee. The Divas Champion is on commentary. Nikki sets her up for the Rack Attack but AJ distracts her and Brie rolls her up for the pin. Nikki goes off on her but AJ comes in and attacks Nikki. Brie does a Yes! chant but AJ plants her too.

Cena goes up to Ryback backstage and says he gets that Ryback doesn't need anyone, but asks if he has given any thought to joining Team Cena. Ryback stays aloof, but Cena says he saw the footage and does not deny insulting him. But he said it to his face like a man, they beat the hell out of each other and Ryback earned his respect after that. He says The Authority would abandon him at the drop of a hat. Ryback knows what The Authority is doing and once again says he is on his own, but Cena says he is being selfish. Cena says Ryback has a chance to eat at the big table, but suddenly he's not hungry.

Goldust, Stardust, Damien Mizdow and The Miz defeat The Usos and Los Matadores in an eight-man tag team match.

Team Authority comes out for the contract signing. Triple H says the fans have no idea what it's like to be in their position, to truly live the WWE. He says they cannot and will not lose. He gives the members of Team Cena one last chance to back out, or they'll wish they did after Sunday. Stephanie introduces Team Cena, which is just John himself. He comes out looking forlorn but smiles and walks to the ring.

Cena says his team will still win on Sunday and he'll pluck four people out of the crowd if he has to do so. He says Triple H and Stephanie think this is a foregone conclusion, but one by one each member of Team Authority will fall. Kane will be first, followed by Luke Harper and Rusev. Mark Henry will go next, and then he'll take out Seth Rollins.

Stephanie slaps Cena, who gets ready to fight the rest of the team. Ziggler's music hits and he heads to the ring holding his neck. Big Show then returns and stands by his teammates. Erick Rowan's music then hit and he joins Team Cena. Stephanie says it's still 5-on-4 and gives them all one last chance to reconsider but nobody moves. Cesaro's music hits and he stands by Cena briefly until he shifts over to the Authority. Ryback then comes out and joins Team Cena, who rushes The Authority.

Cena tries to hit the Attitude Adjustment on Rollins, but Triple H interferes. Ryback stops him, which allows Cena to AA Hunter through the table. The five members of Team Cena link hands and stand tall in the ring as the show goes off the air.
