Season 3 of the CW's Arrow continues in two weeks with the major crossover with The Flash. After that, the show will air its midseason finale, Episode 9 of the season entitled "The Climb." And according to some new spoilers, we could learn the identity of Sara's killer by then.

The "Spoiler Room" column at EW.com spoke to executive producer Marc Guggenheim and asked when we will find out the identity of Sara's killer, and the man in charge dropped an interesting tidbit of information. "I've always maintained that you'd find out the answer to who murdered Sara by the end of the year," he said. "That said, I will say that the S.T.A.R. Labs team is going to end up providing a critical piece of information that cracks open the whole case, but that doesn't necessarily happen in [the crossover]."

Perhaps the team figures something out when they visit Starling City, but the information comes to light in the Arrow midseason finale.

Either way, in case you missed it, here is the official description for "The Climb," which can't get here soon enough.

"RA'S AL GHUL GIVES OLIVER AN ULTIMATUM; DINAH LANCE PAYS LAUREL A VISIT - Nyssa (guest star Katrina Law) returns to Starling City and tells Oliver (Stephen Amell) that her father, Ra's al Ghul (guest star Matt Nable) has given Oliver 48 hours to find Sara's killer or the League of Assassins will start killing the citizens of Starling City. Laurel (Katie Cassidy) is stunned when her father (Paul Blackthorne) delivers a very special Christmas gift - her mother, Dinah (guest star Alex Kingston). Meanwhile, Ray (Brandon Routh) tries to make amends with Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) and Oliver sets a meeting with Ra's al Ghul. Thor Freudenthal directed the episode written by Jake Coburn & Keto Shimizu (#309)."
