Elizabeth Chambers Throws Epic Armie Hammer Baby Shower- Then Lone Ranger Star Got His A-- Kicked By A Former NFL Player!

Armie Hammer's pregnant and stunning wife Elizabeth Chambers had a huge baby shower - and then her Lone Ranger star husband took on a former NFL player and got his ass kicked! It's been an eventful couple of weeks for the pair, who are expecting their first child any day now.

According to an exclusive chat with US Weekly that also included photos of the day, Chambers revealed "It was a beautiful evening full of love and joy." 

The 32-year-old first-time mom, who's also an actress, model and baker, added to US Weekly that "It was the perfect shower and way to welcome baby Hammer into the world."

But it was what happened after the baby shower that has people talking, as husband Armie this week decided - after a couple of months of training - to spar with former NFL player Shawne Merriman. As TMZ report, Armie took on the ex-San Diego Chargers star - who is 6'4" and 280 lbs - after "training with [Jay] Glazer for several months ... and word is everyone in the gym was stoked Armie wanted to challenge Shawne."

Elizabeth took to instagram to proudly show off her hubby's bruised face, saying that his black-eyed mug was no longer "conducive to baby photos"!

According to the TMZ story, Armie and Shawne sparred "Wednesday at Unbreakable Performance -- a new gym on the Sunset Strip owned and run by ex-Bears star Brian Urlacher and Jay Glazer from FOX Sports."

Of course, it might not seem like a great idea to take on a former NFL linebacker at any point... but especially not one whose nickname was 'Lights Out'. Perhaps he's been training for his upcoming role in Guy Ritchie's remake of The Man From U.N.C.L.E? 

Either way, even with Armie sporting a brutal shiner, the delightful pair are a great social media follow, as they also show off their nerves before heading into another baby appointment!
