'The View' Rosie O'Donnell Fight With Rosie Perez, Whoopi Goldberg: Rosie P. In Tears After Rosie O. Berates Whoopi and ABC Producers Amid Bill Cosby Rape Uproar!

The View erupted into a backstage fracas between co-hosts Rosie O'Donnell, Whoopi Goldberg, and Rosie Perez even before their on-air sparring over the rape allegations against Bill Cosby.

"There's terrible frustration and there are problems," a source told the NY Daily News. "Whoopi didn't want to talk about Cosby and Ferguson, Rosie [O'Donnell] did - how could you not? These are topics that are uncomfortable for everyone, but it's The View and it's their job to talk about topics that might make some people tense."

The tumult started while the group was talking about what "Hot Topics" they would cover at the beginning of the show.

"Rosie [O'Donnell] was yelling at everyone. First, she had a fight with Whoopi and then she had a fight with the producers," the source said.

Other sources at the daytime chatfest said Rosie O. hasn't raised her voice to anyone in over a month even though frustrations have built over time.

"These are just two very smart women [Goldberg and O'Donnell] who insist that they need to be able to talk freely about topics that are meaningful."

However, it seems new panelist, Rosie P., has taken things very personally. The Do the Right Thing actress was crying after the meeting and had to be comforted by producers. She has also had a hard time adjusting to the demands of the talk show.

"She's constantly correcting herself because she's constantly screwing something up," the paper reported. "She's not the sharpest tool in the shed."

Of course, The View spokeswoman, Lauri Hogan, denied any of this took place saying, "This story is mean-spirited and greatly exaggerated by someone who is obviously disgruntled and has some agenda. There was no fight."

As MStars News reported, emotions boiled over on-camera between Whoopi and the two Rosies and that caused a lot of awkwardness for the audience.

During their discussion on Bill Cosby's rape allegations, Rosie P. became angry after she felt Rosie O. was putting the brunt of her anger on the Fearless star.

"I'm not being insincere towards the women who have made these allegations," Rosie P. said. "If they're true, it's horrific and it's horrible and he should pay the price. That's not the issue, Rosie, and I don't want you to put that on me. I don't think that's fair."

At one point, Whoopi made a noise, while Rosie O. was speaking. This got The Flintstones actress upset, but Whoopi said she was just adjusting her chair.
