Kendra on Top star Kendra Wilkinson has gone through marriage hell ever since audio tapes leaked online of her husband Hank Baskett trying to quiet his alleged transsexual mistress from telling his wife about the relationship. Now, the reality star has decided to take her husband back and give him another chance.
"It's going to take a lifetime to trust him again," Kendra told Us Weekly, as reported by the Daily Mail. "All I can say is I believe Hank. I love Hank. And he's proven to me that he's worth forgiving and fighting for.
"He was at the wrong place at the wrong time, and unfortunate things took place. He's very gullible and naive."
The former Playboy Playmate finally came to a resolution after constant fighting with her husband became too tiresome.
"I would cry myself to sleep every night, not knowing what happened," she told the mag. "I was trying to get what I could out of Hank, but I couldn't control my rage. It became very volatile between us."
There are still a lot of questions about what exactly went on between the former NFL player and the transgender model, but Kendra's willing to move on and forgive him.
"Our relationship is still day-to-day. I'm still working on regaining Kendra's trust," Hank said. "I will spend my life trying to get Kendra to trust me again."
As MStars News reported, the former Girls Next Door star went on Access Hollywood Live after having a change of heart about the situation.
"He loves me and we're gonna be together for the rest of our lives," she said. "We'll prove it ... until we're 100 years old. We're gonna be together forever."
"There are curveballs that are thrown at you and you just have to get over it and forgive ... if you believe you're perfect and you don't believe in forgiveness, you're not meant to be married ... he went through an identity crisis," she continued.
