Have you been needing a Smallville fix lately? Well we have got you covered. One of the stars of the long running CW series is about to make an appearance on Fox's thriller series, The Following. Allison Mack, who played Chloe Sullivan on the superhero series, is trading in her computer skills for some law enforcement ones.

According to E! News, Mack will be playing a naïve, small-town police officer who gets mixed up in Ryan Hardy's (Kevin Bacon) search for a serial killer. What is still yet to be seen is if Allison's character of Hillary will be on Hardy's side or if she will be against him.

Since her days on Smallville ended, Allison has appeared on FX comedy series Wilfred where she played Elijah Wood's love interest, but it looks like she is going to be pretty busy in the next couple of days, as she has just scored two acting roles.

The star tweeted the following about her roles, "heading to LA in the morning to lend my voice to a brand new Cartoon for Amazon! Then headed to NYC to film an episode of @TheFollowingFOX."

According to Entertainment Weekly, Mack's episodes will see her reuniting with actor Shawn Ashmore, who stars on the series and was featured on two episodes of Smallville. His twin brother, Aaron Ashmore, also starred on Smallville and played boyfriend Jimmy Olsen to Allison's character.

Aaron tweeted his congrats to his former on-screen girlfriend writing, "@allisonmack @TheFollowingFOX make sure to say hi to my brother @ShawnRAshmore."

The following will debut it's all-new season this spring during a two-hour opener on March 2.
