Kate Hudson Talks About Her Thanksgiving Plans And Reveals What She Got Her Mother Goldie Hawn For Her Birthday

Kate Hudson comes from a big family and when it comes to the holidays they go all out. The 35-year-old actress revealed what she has planned for Thanksgiving, plus she explained what she got her mother Goldie Hawn for her birthday.

When it comes to Thanksgiving, the Hudson crew doesn't do anything small. "It's about 20-plus of us all together. We watch football with the kids." Kate told E! News at her mom's first ever Love In For Kids benefit gala for The Hawn Foundation's MindUp program.

The Almost Famous actress revealed that although she was raised in Colorado, her loyalties are split between two teams, the Denver Broncos and the New England Patriots when it comes to football. "I'm a Peyton Manning fan. We grew up in Colorado so when he moved to Denver it was heaven so obviously I'm rooting for the Broncos," she explained to the publication.

Because her friend Robert Craft is also the New England Patriots owner she can't help but root for the Patriots, too. "So it's hard for me not [root] for the Pats," she added. Kate also opened up about her mother, who turned 69-years-old on Nov. 21 revealing that she's been adding to her birthday gift every year.

"I got my mom this beautiful china that just embodies my mom. She loves table settings, but they're so extraordinarily expensive that I kind of have been buying them over the years," Kate told the publication. "I give her a place setting, it's been six years now. This year I got her the coffee setting, with the creamer and the sugar."

Goldie and Kate were most recently seen together that the Love In For Kids gala, which Kate's brother, Oliver Hudson (who is on ABC's Nashville) was also at. Her fiancé Matt Bellamy and her mom's partner and her stepfather Kurt Russell were also there to support Goldie.

The mother-daughter duo is inseparable, so it is no surprise they posed together on the red carpet on Friday. The pair recently dyed their hair pink together and wore matching Sons of Anarchy inspires Halloween costumes last month.
