Randy Travis Arrested For the Third Time? Sparks Silly Twitter Reactions

Randy Travis was arrested with DUI charges two times already this year and he has once again run into the law on Thursday night (August 23).  Though rumors insisted that Travis was a drunken mess, the Plano Police Department reported it was not related to alcohol.

Travis was charged for a "minor misdemeanor offense similar to a traffic violation" according to the police.  He apparently got into a fight with his girlfriend's estranged husband, but not serious injuries were recorded.

Though this third run with the law for Travis was not related to being drunk, many continue to crack jokes about Travis' intoxication arrests.  The 53-year-old has somehow become the symbol for country drunkenness.
