I'm appreciating myself more for who I am. I'm not like stressing so much about trying to be a certain thing. Known for her women's anthems for scorn women who's men done them wrong in the past, the singer reveals that her album will be different from the rest, "When you hear reality show, you're probably thinking it's a lot of me crying about my relationship and just going through it, but when I was writing it, I think it was better for me an dome therapeutic for me," she said.

The starlet opened up that an abusive relationship along with stress was what kept her away from music, "I felt like everything jus kind of became too much at the time. I was dealing with that relationship, and it was really coming to a close. I was having trouble with ending it... It all just became too much."

The Philadelphia native added, that she almost turned to drugs for a quick pick-me-up to cope with her struggles, "I just remember the feeling of feeling helpless and feeling bad and wanting to be lifted out of that space."

She continued, "A lot of people struggle with realizing their beauty," she said. "There's a heartbreak song. There's a loving song. There's a song about video chicks and their life...There's a song where I'm really finding the beauty in myself and seeing that I'm beautiful, which is something that I struggle with and I think a lot of people struggle with realizing their beauty."
