The Walking Dead Season 5 Spoilers: Sonequa Martin-Green Previews Midseason Finale

The Walking Dead will air its Season 5 midseason finale this Sunday, as Rick's group prepares to storm the hospital to rescue Beth and Carol from Dawn's team. But one of the stars of the latest episode, "Crossed," was Sonequa Martin-Green, who plays Sasha. The actress, who is actually pregnant and shot this episode with a bun in the oven, recently offered a preview of the midseason finale.

Martin-Green spoke to EW.com, which asked what adjectives she would use to describe the new episode this Sunday.

"Gut-wrenching," she replied. "I think its just going to take you through everything. And not to be cliché and say something really simple, but it is going to take you through everything - fear, suspense, you're going to laugh, you're going to be really sad. It's the whole gamut, the next episode. It really is. You can expect to experience everything."

The actress also discussed Sasha's mistake in the last episode, which allowed Officer Bob to tackle her and run away.

"You know what? It's an isolated moment for her. It definitely is, because we know how distrustful Sasha is. She has a very hard exterior. She doesn't trust easily, she doesn't connect with people easily. We know this about her. We know how practical she is. But she's grieving right now, so of course she's irrational. And she has this beautiful moment with Tyreese at the back of the car where he convinces her that she doesn't have to keep tormenting herself about not being able to be the one to stab Bob once he dies. He helped her see that she actually did help honor his memory by allowing Tyreese to help her because that's what Bob stood for in a sense - that kind of community and connection. And so she's on cloud nine for just a moment, which was really, really needed for her. Then this man's name is Bob! So it's like he's speaking to her. And so it's a momentary slip and she suffers for it."
