Bex Taylor-Klaus first appeared as Sin in Season 2 of the CW's Arrow as a friend and ally of Sara Lance, the costumed hero known as The Canary. But the character has not shown up in Season 3 even though a mysterious assailant killed Sara in the premiere. But that's all about to change when the show begins its second half of the third season.

Showrunner Andrew Kreisberg spoke to TVLine and revealed that Taylor-Klaus will be back after Arrow returns from its winter hiatus. "She's actually in Episode 12, titled 'Uprising," he said. "She plays a pivotal part in the investigation into Sara's death. I just watched the dailies the other day, and it was really great to see her back."

This seems to confirm that we will not learn the identity of Sara's killer by the end of the midseason finale in two weeks. Some fans have speculated that Sin killed Sara, so perhaps we'll get some details on that theory in Episode 12.

In related news, a special screening event with the cast took place over the weekend in Los Angeles, and The Hollywood Reporter caught up with executive producer Marc Guggenheim as well as some of the stars, and they revealed some details about the plot.

"Felicity comes to Caitlin for help with the Canary murder," Flash star Danielle Panabaker said.

"There is a major step forward in the Canary mystery," Guggenheim teased. "We have the folks at S.T.A.R. Labs in Central City, and they're pretty scientific. They've got a lot of resources at their disposal, and it would be kind of a shame to not have Team Arrow lean on them a little bit to help solve this mystery."
