Episode 4 of HBO's The Comeback aired earlier tonight. Inside the story, we saw just what happens when Valerie Cherish (Lisa Kudrow) brings her work home with her. And boy it is not pretty! In "Valerie Saves The Show," Cherish offers up her house after hearing that her home-life-scenes have been cut from Seeing Red. Kicking off with the actress discussing the problem with the Seeing Red line producer, we then quickly jump to her husband Mark Berman (Damian Young) hearing the news. Naturally, he isn't too thrilled but when he hears that Seth Rogen will also be in the house, his tone appears to change. Oh, the power of celebrity!

Sadly, while Cherish calmed her husband by dangling the name of the The Interview star in front of his face, she didn't tell him about the 30+ crew members who would be taking over their house. And yes, hiding his Nespresso machine.

Leaving Mark in the presence of the many, many crewmembers, Valerie leaves to head on over to a class at the famed Groundlings Improv Theater, all in order to keep up with Rogen, who has been improvising some lines during the Seeing Red shoot.

While Cherish is (awkwardly) trying to gain some improv chops, Mickey (Robert Michael Morris) reveals that he has a form of cancer.

Following a quick break, it's back to the improv class. Unfortunately, Cherish doesn't seem to catch on too quickly. Unless, of course, you consider bringing up cancer in every scene to be "catching on." Looks like Mickey's news really stuck with her!

After class, Seeing Red begins shooting at the Cherish-Berman house. And aside from Seth Rogen's appearance – which he cannot help but be oh, so excited about – Mark doesn't find too much to keep him in a good mood ... even if Rogen gave him a joint to keep.

Honestly, who can blame him?

With all the ruckus going on about the household, Mark finds himself getting more and more annoyed. Therefore, he and Valerie decide to try and get some shuteye at one of their rental properties. Unfortunately, sleep doesn't appear to be on the calendar, considering the bizarre turn of events that take place during the episode. What kind of turn? A random suicide within the rundown property. Yep... really.

Somehow, as weird as it is, The Comeback manages to find some funny in the horrible situation.

So, readers, what did you think of tonight's episode of The Comeback?
