Some celebrities find their lives so oversaturated with cameras and paparazzi that they get to a point where they begin speaking out against it – like George Clooney. The newly married husband of Amal Alamuddin has been very outspoken about his irritation with the paparazzi, especially after a case back in 2009, when Clooney sued a cameraman who supposedly climbed the actor's wall in order to get a topless photo of one of Clooney's friend's 13-year-old daughters. Since then, Clooney has led a vocal movement in the fight for celebrity privacy. And while there are many who support his stance, some actors just think he should "stop whining." Guys like former Dark Knight and current Exodus: Gods and Kings star Christian Bale.

In a new interview in WSJ magazine's holiday issue, the once-upon-a-time Batman actor calls the former Batman & Robin star's complaints against the paparazzi "boring," further stating, "It doesn't matter that he talks about it. It's like, 'Come on, guys, just shut up. Just get on with it and live your lives and stop whining about it.' I prefer not to whine about it."

Harsh words! We're curious: in a match, who would win – Bale's batman or Clooney's batman? On second thought, there's no contest... Bale would crush him.

Furthermore, in the interview, the former American Psycho star opens up about how he deals with the paparazzi alongside wife Sibi Blazic. "I would go to work; she would leave the hotel. There would be a man who stood outside... and say the most obscene things imaginable to my wife... I know what he's after; he has a strategy there." The actor then describes how there's a choice involved – to protect his wife and thus succumbing to the (abhorrent) paparazzo's "strategy," or continuing on and merely ignoring it. Admittedly, it's a difficult choice at that.

"I don't really give a sh*t what he says about me," Bale claims. He adds later, "How could I sit back and accept somebody talking that way to my wife? I couldn't. I just couldn't do it."
