Cesar Millan vs. Axl Rose Death HOAX! 'Dog Whisperer' & Guns N Roses Rocker NOT Dead, Hilariously Mock & Debunk #RIP Rumors As Twitter Gets Angry

Both Cesar Millan and Axl Rose fell victim to the infamous celebrity death hoax earlier this week. And thankfully, both wiseguys found such morbid rumors rather humorous.

First, the beloved "Dog Whisperer" allegedly passed away from a sudden, tragic heart attack. As for the Guns N Roses troublemaker, he was mysteriously found dead in his private LA residence from unknown causes...

But no worries, MstarsNews fans - such shocking reports are simply untrue! Both the 45-year-old canine lover and 52-year-old "Paradise City" rocker are still alive and well. In fact, Millan and Rose took the #RIP buzz in total stride.

On Wednesday (December 3), the popular Nat Geo Wild star shared this Facebook update via his loyal pup named Junior:

"Reports of my Pack Leader's untimely demise are greatly exaggerated. I can happily report he is safe, happy and healthy. I can also tell you he kept me up all night snoring, my breakfast was a little late but I did get a great morning walk. As Cesar keeps telling me: Exercise. Discipline. Affection. - the key to a long, balanced, and healthy life!" 

He also posted the message in Spanish, so even more fans could breathe a sigh of relief.

As for Rose... the wild musician tends to go MIA a lot. But this time, he actually responded to the hoax on Twitter!

@axlrose: "If I'm dead do I still have to pay taxes?"

Very good point... but good thing he's actually still ALIVE!

Pretty entertaining stuff, but still utterly disturbing. Before spreading such lies online, make sure fans confirm the rumors with legit news sources. The bogus #RIP trend is still going viral on social media, but most tweeters aren't falling for the false hype anymore:
