Marvel Comics is assembling together Earth's Mightiest Heroes to kickstart their anti-bullying campaign with Avengers: No More Bullying #1. Like heroes should, the Avengers, the Guardians of the Galaxy, and the Amazing Spider-Man are standing up for those who can't stand up for themselves.

In the 40 page one-shot, there will be three brand-new stories from top writing talents, including fan favorite Gerry Duggan (Deadpool), rising star Sean Ryan (Uncanny X-Men/Nova/Iron Man: No End In Sight), while Jeff Loveness, and Jody Houser will be making her Marvel scribe debut. Blockbuster artists Carlo Barberi (Thunderbolts), Tana Ford (New Warriors) Marcio Takara (Captain Marvel), and Gustavo Duarte are also joining the anti-bullying campaign.

The narrative starts out from the streets of New York to the furthest corners of the cosmos. Even the most popular heroes of the Marvel Universe are no strangers to bullying, especially Peter Parker who was picked on by Flash Thompson. Even bullies can change as Flash has joined The Guardians as the new Venom host. Now the Avengers, the Guardians of the Galaxy, and the Spider-Man are out to put a stop to bullies everywhere.

Series editor Devin Lewis discusses the themes of the story, "Bullying is a problem that can affect everyone in a community, and it's up to that very community to come together to combat it, and, with this issue, Marvel's Avengers, Spider-Man, and Guardians of the Galaxy are joining the fight! I know how comic books can help ease that feeling of isolation, and I couldn't be more proud or excited about the talent we've pulled together for this project!"

As we previously mentioned, best buds Rocket Raccoon and Groot will be butting heads with the rest of the Marvel Universe in Guardians Team-Up. Will Peter teach his daughter (that's right daughter) about standing up to bullying in the Secret Wars crossover title, Amazing Spider-Man: Renew Your Vows.

Even the Ultimate Universe has bullies, which Miles Morales took care of one as Green Goblin came back into town. Even the Peter Parker clone got knocked down by Miles for thinking he was number one.

Avengers: No More Bullying #1 arrives in stores January 7, 2015. Readers, what do you think of Marvel's anti-bullying campaign?
