The December 9, 2014 edition of WWE's Monday Night Raw emanates live from the Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, South Carolina and begins with Jerry "The King" Lawler, who introduces the 2014 Slammy Awards and the guest host, Seth Green.

Seth talks about the show until The Miz and Damien Mizdow interrupt him. Miz says he needs an A-Lister in his movies, and Seth says he sees one in Mizdow. They introduce the nominees in the "This Is Awesome Moment of the Year" category.

Seth Rollins defeats Dolph Ziggler with the Curb Stomp after Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury interfere and distract the referee.

Sting's debut at Survivor Series wins the This is Awesome award, which angers Rollins. He storms to the microphone and accepts the award on his behalf.

Kofi Kingston (w/Xavier Woods and Big E) defeats Stardust (with Goldust) with a diving cross body off the top rope.

John Laurinaitis returns to present the Slammy Award nominees for Surprise Return of the Year, which Ultimate Warrior wins.

Backstage, Rollins thanks J&J Security, and Paul Heyman shows up. Heyman says he expects a clean sweep of the Slammies for Brock Lesnar. He brings up Rollins' match with John Cena on Sunday at TLC, and Rollins says he will win and when he cashes in his Money in the Bank briefcase, neither Lesnar nor Heyman will see it coming. Heyman says Lesnar may as well be champion for life, but that would not stop Rollins from being the future of the WWE because Cena is the one who does that. Heyman encourages Rollins to end Cena on Sunday.

Natalya defeats Charlotte, the NXT Women's Champion, with a rollup after she counters the Figure Four.

Santino Marella comes out to present the nominees for the OMG Shocking Moment of the Year. Brock Lesnar wins the award for defeating the Undertaker's undefeated streak at WrestleMania 30. Paul Heyman accepts the award on his client's behalf.

Bray Wyatt comes out and cuts a promo about Dean Ambrose destroying his rocking chair last week. He shows a clip of Friday Night SmackDown, when Wyatt attacked Ambrose to the point he needed to be taken out on a stretcher. Wyatt says the end is near at TLC on Sunday.

An ambulance siren goes off and Ambrose emerges from the back with a brace around his neck. He litters the stage area with tables, ladders, and chairs and pulls the brace off his neck. He heads toward the ring and smashes Bray with the ladder. He tosses a chair in the ring that hits Bray in the skull. He sets up a table, but Bray escapes. Ambrose lays on the table and goads Bray into returning to the ring. Wyatt jumps on the apron and Ambrose throws the chair at him. Ambrose grabs a mic and says the only way Bray leaves TLC on Sunday is in the back of an ambulance. On Sunday, Ambrose becomes the monster and he's going to eat Bray alive.

Seth Green introduces Jerry Lawler to present the Diva of the Year Award. AJ Lee wins the award and gives King a reluctant hug. She says she hopes one of the younger Divas wins this award next year, but she's not done being queen just yet, and she will take back the Divas Championship on Sunday.

Renee Young interviews John Cena backstage and asks about his match with Big Show in the main event. Cena calls Show "The Authority's puppet" and says Rollins can't pin him or make him tap out without Big Show's help. But he says Rollins will step up in the Tables Match, so he will do the same.

Erick Rowan defeats Luke Harper by disqualification when Harper hits Rowan with a ladder he had set up at ringside. Rowan retaliates with the steel steps.

Naomi is backstage and The Usos walk up with their Slammy Award for best tag team. Jimmy Uso says this the second best thing that has happened to him this year behind marrying Naomi. Naomi says she has heard from Miz's agent, and she has a screen test later this week. Jimmy says if she is going to Hollywood, then he is going too. This causes a rift between the couple.

Adam Rose presents the nominees for LOL Moment of the Year, which Damien Mizdow wins. He tries to speak, but Miz takes over the microphone.

Rusev comes out with Lana, who insults Jack Swagger and Zeb Colter. Swagger comes out and says he's going to snap Rusev's ankle. They tussle for a bit outside the ring and Swagger locks in the Patriot Lock. Referees come out to separate them.

Ryback and The Usos defeat Kane, The Miz and Damien Mizdow when Ryback plants Miz with Shell Shocked. Seth Green, who was on commentary, tries to raise Ryback's hand but he can't do it, so the Usos lift up Green and they all do a Feed Me More chant.

Mick Foley sells some goods dressed as Santa Claus with his daughter, Noelle Foley, as an elf.

Renee Young interviews Big Show, who says he will be focused tonight. He says the fans won't forgive him for making a mistake. He says he will take out Cena tonight and then Erick Rowan on Sunday.

Booker T comes out to present the award for Superstar of the Year, which Roman Reigns wins. He emerges from the curtain and says this isn't the brass ring, but it's a step in the right direction. Reigns says he doesn't care who is at the top because he will knock them off.

John Cena defeats Big Show by disqualification when Seth Rollins and J&J Security assault him after he plants Show with the Attitude Adjustment. Rollins sets up a ladder and prepares to deliver a Curb Stomp from it, but Ziggler rushes out and pushes the ladder over. He and Cena fight off the three, but Big Sow recovers and nails both Cena and Ziggler with the KO Punch. Erick Rowan comes out, but Luke Harper attacks him from behind and they toss Rowan into the steps. Show chokeslams Rowan onto the stairs.

Ryback then comes out, takes out Big Show, and levels Harper. He sets up the table and prepares to Shell Shock him through it, but Kane comes out with a chair and assaults Da Big Guy. Show tries to chokeslam Ziggler through the table, but the Show Off dodges and superkicks him twice. Harper grabs Ziggler and throws him through the table. Cena comes in and AAs Harper, but Seth Rollins gets back in the ring and Curb Stomps the 15-time champion. Rollins and J&J clear the announce table and they Triple Power Bomb him through it.
