It's a Christmas miracle we get the girls of Pretty Little Liars back just in time for the holiday. And even though it's only for one night we couldn't be more excited to see what's going on with the girls of Rosewood. There's been a lot that has happened in the last couple of episodes including Spencer going to jail, Toby's accident, and most shocking of all Mona's death. However it seems like during tonight's episode the girls put some of that stuff on hold to try and have a merry Christmas.

Lucky for Spencer she won't have to wear an orange jumpsuit on Christmas, as she is out of prison on bail. At the end of last season Spencer was arrested on the assumption that she murdered Bethany Young.

As the girls walk around the town with a freed Spence, they check out the Christmas décor in Rosewood, only to be stopped by a postman bringing a letter to Hanna. As the girls open it they realize that it's a package from Mona, who left Hanna some clue before she died.

In the envelope is a layout of Alison's house, which Mona thought would be helpful, and boy was she right.

Can we just say that we are already missing our little Mona. Not the crazy psycho Mona, but the one who had Hanna's and the girls' best interests at heart.

Following the same trajectory of any great Christmas movie/TV episode, Alison is visited by the ghosts of Christmas past, present and future, who conveniently is Mona, dressed up almost resembling Ursula from The Little Mermaid. Before Mona makes her visits to the Queen biotch in charge, her deceased mother Mrs. Di shows up telling Ali to pay attention because Mona has a lot to show her.

In a flashback to one of Ali's younger Christmases, she finds that her mom has stashed away two present in the family's piano. When Ali opens them she discovers that they are two identical dresses, pretty weird right? Well this is just another mystery that doesn't get solved, but viewers are lead to believe one dress was for Alison while the other way for Bethany Young.

However, when Ali asks Mona if it was Bethany's dress, she replies with a pretty harsh, "It's not going to be that easy b--ch."

In some lighter news, we are happy to report that Toby has survived his car crash. He is currently nursing his broken leg back to health. And to help Toby get back to his best shape, Spencer goes all out for him on Xmas, dressing in a pretty sexy little Mrs. Claus number.

The Rosewood Winter ball is underway and all the girls have prepared to come to the dance with a plan. While the Emily and Aria keep an eye on Alison, Hanna and Spence are going to sneak into her house and take a look around, thanks to the plans that Mona has provided them with from beyond the grave.

And when Ali shows up to the dance it doesn't look like anyone can keep their eyes off her, as she enters the room with a brand new army of four girls at her side. Her and her minions shows up at the top of the stairs at the dance, and it's almost like Cinderella descending the stairs as everyone gazes upon her, but we think they look more like the evil stepsisters.

While trying to keep an eye on Ali, Emily learns that two of the new girl minions are actually Jenna and Sydney. When the liar questions them about why they have joined up with their sworn enemy, they say that until Alison is gone that they are going to do what the have to in order to stay alive. They also reveal to Emily that they think that Ali was the one who killed Mona.

The only items that Spence and Hanna find in the house are a fake passport named after the movie Breakfast At Tiffany's, a Jack-in-the-box with the words Mad Hatter on it, and some personal ads, which they think Ali was using to talk to someone through.

At the dance, Emily and Aria are still trying to keep an eye on Ali but realize that they have lost her and have to warn Spencer and Hanna that she could be home any minute.

Meanwhile back at the house, a hooded figure emerges from the shadows wielding a knife. The person, who we are lead to believe is "A," sneaks up to the attic and locks Hanna in before, jumping out the window? It's not clear where the hoodie-wearing psychopath goes, but Hanna is alright as Spencer races to her.

The only thing that the girls discover through all their super spy skills is that in a letter that Alison wrote that she invited Bethany Young to spend Labor Day with her at her house in Rosewood.

Mona is back again to torment Alison, as the ghost of Christmas future. In a flash forward scene, she shows Ali her own funeral. When she asks the ghost when it will happen, Mona simply replies "soon."

Ali then once again reunites with her mom, who gives her a very creepy message, saying "they will be coming for you soon."

The girls all put the weird events of the dance behind them as they break bread and celebrate Christmas with each other at Spencer's house. And as a Christmas treat for the viewers, we think, all the liars' significant others dress up as sexy Santas with their shirts off.

As the girls smile and share the joy with each other, Alison can't help but watch through the window at how well her former friends are getting along without her.

The girls then go outside to see that someone has decorated a Christmas tree for them. Their happiness soon turns to worry as they realize in the background of the tree is a sign of Xmas lights, laid out on the garage that reads "Merry Christmas B--ches -A"

Fans will have to wait until January 6 to see what happens next to our favorite little liars.
