Mark Wahlberg delighted in slapping Jimmy Fallon on The Tonight Show last night, Dec. 10, while showing off his gambling prowess, but The Gambler and Ted 2 star is also seeking a pardon for a violent crime he committed while a teenager. While playing "Slapjack" with Fallon — where the winner of a blackjack hand gets to slap the loser with a giant prosthetic hand — Wahlberg also joked that he wasn't counting cards "like Ben Affleck" and perhaps he should've brought in his prosthetic penis from Boogie Nights!

Before engaging in "Slapjack," the pair talked about being dads — Wahlberg has four kids, and new father Fallon has two daughters — and the Transformers: Age of Extinction star revealed he's also looking to dissuade his kids from going into acting.

"It's tough," Wahlberg said, before admitting that he got his acting start playing "an Oompa Loompa in elementary school."

The game of "Slapjack" — inspired by Wahlberg's new movie The Gambler, which hits theaters Christmas Day — brought plenty of laughs, too, with Wahlberg saying, "You should have told me: I would've brought my prosthetic penis from Boogie Nights."

Fallon laughed, replying, "I don't want to get slapped with that. I can see the memes online already."

The other highlights were Wahlberg protesting, saying, "I"m not Ben Affleck, I'm not counting cards!," teasing Fallon that he needs "to go back to math class!" and Fallon using his giant hand to fix Wahlberg's hair.

You can watch the hilarious clip below:

It all comes as Wahlberg's promoting The Gambler — and after MStars News revealed he's working on the Six Million Dollar Man with Peter Berg — but also dealing with his conviction for a violent crime committed while a teenager in Massachusetts. Reports CNN, Wahlberg "Assaulted two men while he was high on drugs, with one victim left 'blinded in one eye.' After pleading guilty, Wahlberg served 45 days for the crime."

Now he's asking for an official pardon for the crimes, as his felony conviction is holding back he and his brothers's ability to acquire "proper licensing" for their restaurant chain Wahlburgers, since they're planning on opening "27 new restaurants," says CNN.

Wahlberg says he's "deeply sorry for the action that I took place on the night of April 8, 1988, as well as for any lasting damage I may have caused the victims," and that he has dedicated himself to "becoming a better person and citizen so that I can be a role model to my children and others" and that "receiving a pardon would be a formal recognition that I am not the same person that I was."

The Daily Mail reports that one of the victims, Johnny Trinh, says Wahlberg didn't blind him in one eye, saying it was "already gone." Trinh also says of Wahlberg's crime, "I forgive him now."

What do you think? Should Wahlberg be pardoned so he can open more restaurants? Could we somehow make "Slapjack" a real casino game? Comment below!
