It looks like despite all those reports of Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber breaking up and then getting back together ... and then breaking up and then getting back together ... the singer-actress is finally declaring that she is indeed single. And while she is no longer with Bieber, the BFF of Taylor Swift does claim she has nothing but "love" and "respect" for the famed teen sensation turned headline maker (Bieber). More than most of us can say, huh? So, there you have it, folks. Selena Gomez is NOT dating Justin Bieber anymore. Now, the 1989 singer and the 1975's Matt Healy? Well, we'll get to that...

"The Heart Wants What It Wants" singer recently spoke with NRJ Radio over in Norway, and in the interview was asked what she thought about Bieber's new hairdo. You know, the Ellen Degeneres / Miley Cyrus-looking bleach blonde hair. "That's for him," she said. "I'll let him answer all that."

Check out Gomez's interview with NRJ Radio below:

Gossip Cop reports that when asked about the new single, which she performed at the American Music Awards – yes, the one where she said "Thank you, Jesus" afterwards – Gomez was asked if there was a "rebound process." To which the singer claimed that whatever project she finds herself in she makes certain that she's passionate about it. On Bieber, she noted, "I definitely have so much respect and love for him, and going in the studio is just very therapeutic. ... It was my way of having it be a message more to people in general."
