Mila Kunis has broken her silence and spoken for the first time about her and Ashton Kutcher's new baby daughter Wyatt Isabelle, born Oct. 1. Taking to Craig Ferguson's The Late Late Show, the Jupiter Ascending star also revealed the secret behind her new workout regime that has her looking so trim and terrific just two months after giving birth: "breastfeeding."

First-time mom Mila explained to Craig Ferguson, "Breastfeeding's a great workout!" she laughed. "Let me tell you!"

But that's not all, the Black Swan star explained. Even though she has an appetite, she's making sure "to eat a lot, so that kind of keeps me going through the day. [It's] not too bad." Added Mila, "I do love to eat healthy."

As for baby Wyatt, she's now "2 months 9 weeks" and going great, said Mila. She's also now mobile!

"She's not lethargic, she moves!" revealed Mila.

The pair chatted about children, and Ferguson offered: "Girls are easy ... Until they're teenagers."

Replied Mila, "That's not my problem!" That, she said, is "Daddy's problem!"

No kidding — as Two and a Half Men star Kutcher told Conan O'Brien a month ago, as soon as baby Wyatt was born, he "immediately went home and we reserved all the domain names. We got the Twitter handle, the Instagram — everything that you could possibly [have]," Ashton laughed. "I don't want a porn site with my daughter's name! It's unacceptable to me and it's not gonna happen!"

Mila also explained to Craig Ferguson that having a girl is a completely different experience to having a little boy, explaining that Ashton's sister Tauscha Kutcher just had a baby and the two can compare and contrast!

"My sister-in-law had a little boy two weeks prior to us having our little girl and it is completely different. Everything," she said.

Most importantly, though, is that with Mila telling W Magazine that she was going to take a year off from acting to be a "full-time mom," it sounds like Mila and Ashton have been able to settle in nice and comfortably with their new family member, with the pair both taking time off work to hang out.

"I was able to take time off work, which was nice," Mila told Ferguson. "I went home! That is my version of time off. I spent all my 20s traveling. It sounds crazy, but I did spend all my 20s traveling and it's the greatest experience ever. You get to see the world and you experience life and you meet people, but you don't have a home," she explained.

"When I decided to take time off," she added, "all I wanted to do was have the same bed to wake up in, a routine, a house — and it was great."

Sounds lovely. You can watch the full interview below.

Jupiter Ascending is out Feb. 15.
