Lil Wayne's ex-wife, Toya Wright is defending her husband, Memphitz after K. Michelle revealed that he is suing her for defamation of character after she revealed that he physically abused her.

In an interview with Wendy Williams, K. Michelle opened up about her pending lawsuit with her ex and says that she hopes to put this behind her when the truth is revealed.

"He suing me. He doesn't have a job, so I'm the job," She said, insinuating that the producer needs money from this case, "I'm very confident from what's been going on that I will be vindicated in this and I will finally get my life back," she said.

When fans informed Toya about the interview, she responded back, "F**k K."

In September, her ex-boyfriend, threatened to release the scandalous video due to her ongoing slander regarding her alleged abuse she encountered with him in the past.

Fans suggested that MeMpHiTz (now deleted) Instagram message was directed to the "VSOP" singer, "I appreciate the Love. Lord knows my family been thru it. But God don't make no mistakes. Back to real life. Anybody seen my career tho?" she added, "Anybody wanna see a secret video tape? Or would you prefer a secret audio file? Or both? Yes or Nah? Time to stick a fork in this bird."

The singer's ex-girlfriend received major backlash after her deposition from the abuse case hit the net leaving fans wondering if the abuse actually happened. K. Michelle addressed the leak on Instagram writing, "I'm a lot of things but a liar I'm not. For over five years I've been told to be quiet about my life of abuse. And I refused and still refuse to be silenced," she added, "I was not punched in the isolated assault and never claimed to be," she said. "What I was, was drug across the room and smothered with a towel, [losing consciousness] to the point of black out."

The singer stood by her original statements regarding the abuse she endured and reiterated on her Instagram, "I have NEVER lied about this."
