The series finale for Aaron Sorkin's critically acclaimed political drama, The Newsroom, is just a few days away on HBO. In the final episode of Season 3, now that ACN news anchorman Will McAvoy (Jeff Daniels) has been released from prison, will he discover 'What Kind Of Day Has It Been?'

As we previously mentioned, Sloan Sabbith (Olivia Munn) discovered the cable company was in the midst of a hostile takeover. Due to budget cuts, Reese Lansing (Chris Messina) might have to hand out pink slips as ratings continue to take a nosedive. Neal Sampat (Dev Patel) received classified government files from an anonymous whistleblower.

As the season progressed, Neal became a wanted man on FBI's list after they raided the ACN offices. Charlie Skinner (Sam Waterston) realizes millionaire Lucas Pruitt (B.J. Novak), may have the money to save the company, but his ideas could also compromise his integrity. In his last hours as a free man, Will finally got married to the love of his life, MacKenzie McHale (Emily Mortimer).

In our latest recap, Jim (John Gallagher Jr.) finally told Maggie (Alison Pill) how he felt about her. While the two kissed, Charlie had a heart attack the night Will was released from prison. Charlie died fighting for Mac and Sloan, after Lucas wanted them both fired.

Check out the preview here:

In the footage, everyone is dealing with the aftermath of Charlie's death. Always knowing what to say, Will doesn't have the words to express the loss of his closest friend. Can any of the ACN new team really go back to work now that Charlie is gone?
