Love And Hip Hop New York Erica Mena, Chrissy Monroe Beef: Commends Starting Fight & Address Prostitution Claims

"Love and Hip Hop: New York" reality star Erica Mena denies newest cast member, Chrissy Monroe's prostitution claims and says that starting fights with her may have been the best move she's done for reality TV.

In an interview with Hot 97, the newly engage reality star says that she doesn't know who Chrissy is, "This was a friend of the wife of Fat Joe's camp." She said, "This is how far back this woman 'knows of me.'"

Erica revealed that Chrissy was put on the show to stir drama with her, "She was basically casted to come at me because you know, all you have to say is 'I have beef with Erica Mena' and seem tough enough to come up to Erica Mena, 'You are hired.'" She said, "No one has done this before, so it was a smart move for VH1."

She continued, "She's claiming she's pimped me, at first I was kind of blown away, I'm like who was this?" she added that she was not only caught off guard, but became irate when the newest cast member hit below the belt and mentioned her son, "what really drove me over the edge was the first scene, she started making gestures, saying things about my son, which of course they won't air."

Erica looked at Chrissy's casting as a wise decision for the reality star, "It was the smartest thing to do. She's a new caster. Her little storyline with the drummer line won't go far, so who else do you go at," she referred to herself, "the head honcho of the show."

In a VH1 clip, Rich Dollaz asked Chrissy of Erica worked for her as an escort and the former Madame did not deny the allegations, "Back in the day, when I was about that life, which I'm not anymore." She said, "But as soon as I turn my back, the bitch pulled a knife on me. I can't wait for her to see me in my mother**kin' face."

In another clip, Chrissy finally confronts Erica and addresses her alleged escort day, "Bitch you use to work for me. You use to whore for me and I got money off of you b**ch."
